We work with a small number of clients at a time. Engagements are senior-led from start to finish. There are no associates running the analysis in the background, no decks built to justify the fee.

We are not a financial services firm and we do not provide loans, investment advice, or capital. Our work is strategy, operations, and growth advisory for businesses that want clearer thinking and steadier execution.

Every engagement begins with a no-obligation conversation. If we're a fit, we'll propose a focused scope with a clear deliverable and a fixed fee. If we're not, we'll tell you and, where possible, point you toward someone who is.
